Matthew J. Spencer
A native of Newport News, Virginia who moved to Dare County in 1996. He graduated from James Madison University in 1995 with a degree in Psychology and Political Science. Received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 1998. Matt’s legal practice focuses on civil litigation. He prides himself on having an attentive ear, an open mind and a determination to see justice done.
Resides in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina with his wife, Sarah.
Hobbies include fishing, surfing and golf.
